The steel sheet pile driving project is a complex system project, which requires in-depth exploration and coordination of various links, and there is no fixed model. Let's talk about the construction of steel sheet piles today.

Lift the DZJ90 vibratory hammer vertically, and move the pile body slowly until the pile body is naturally vertical. Align the hammer bottom chuck with the OZ27 pile top and slowly drop the hook. After the notch of the chuck enters the pile top, the hydraulic chuck is controlled to clamp the pile top.

(7) Twist the pile surface with a special large wrench and make it enter the backboard to lock the backboard.

(8) The crane slowly lifts the steel sheet pile, aligns the pile tip with the guide notch of the guide frame and lowers it slowly so that the pile tip enters the guide notch and touches the ground. (10) The theodolite is used to monitor the whole process, and the operator makes real-time adjustments through the verticality deviation value of the pile body broadcast by the surveyor in real-time to ensure that the verticality deviation of the pile sinking meets the construction requirements.

(11) When the pile sinks to a depth of 8m, stop the hammer, open the back plate, and restart the vibratory hammer. When the pile sinks to the point where the chuck of the vibrating hammer is about 300-500 mm away from the top of the guide frame, the hammer is stopped, and there is a height difference of about 100 mm between two adjacent piles, which is convenient for the next step of pile insertion. After each pile sinks in place, the next pile is driven.

(12) Drill No. 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 piles in sequence in the guide frame. After the guide frame is fully drilled, remove the positioning piles and move the guide frame. During the pull-out process of the last two positioning piles, the lifting force of the crane should not be too large, and a constant speed should be maintained. The No. 1 pile of the guide frame is caught on the No. 9 pile at the end of the previous guide frame, and the positioning pile is inserted and driven. Experts from Ruima Steel Sheet Pile Company pointed out that the guide frame should be measured and adjusted, and fixed by welding. While welding, use DH608 to lift and DZJ90 hammer to insert and drive even-numbered piles, and so on to form a flow operation.

(13) The locks on both sides of the even-numbered piles are inserted into the locks of the odd-numbered piles on the adjacent sides. If there is a width deviation, use a chain block to adjust. Insert the pile to about 6~8m from the ground and stop the hammer. After the DH608 elevator is used to carry people to loosen the clamping ring, the vibrating hammer is separated from the pile, and the next pile is inserted and driven. After inserting and driving 40 piles, proceed to the next step of sending piles.

(14) The CCH1000 crawler crane APE400 vibratory hammer will drive the piling to the ground level. 5 piles are a group, and the ladder-style play method is adopted. The excavator excavated to a depth of 4.5 m, and the APE400 vibratory hammer sent the pile to the design level for backfilling.
